Queen Grannicus is a royal villainous descendant of Granny, who actually protected Tweety from Sylvester. Unlike her ancestor, Grannicus is a villain.
History[]
She didn't want The Royal Tweetums to claim the throne and allied with Sylth Vester to prevent that. To prevent suspicion, she used her scepter to disguise her voice while talking to Sylth Vester. Both were defeated. June Foray, who provided the voice of Granny, did not voice Queen Grannicus. Candi Milo currently voiced Granny in Looney Tunes Cartoons.

As stated above, Queen Grannicus was extremely selfish and didn't want The Royal Tweetums to claim the throne and allied with Sylth Vester to prevent that. Though the two were later defeated and arrested.
