Misty Breeze is a world famous television personality who is renowned for her role as the weather reporter for the televised news of Acmetropolis.

Misty is an arrogant, mean, stubborn, pushy, unappreciative, unreasonable, vain, inconsiderate, unkind, and hotheaded weather woman who cares about her own image then her intern's well-being. Misty mistreats her intern named Paula on account of her lower status.

Weather Vane has a great dislike for Acmetropolis' most famous weather girl and her boss due to Misty's rude nature and ungrateful attitude towards her over her coffee got cold, and attempted to destroy the city unless Misty Breeze was delivered to her. She transformed into a huge Storm Dragon and when the Storm Dragon was destroyed; it was presumed that Weather Vane escaped.
